I want to report a serious concern with United Invest Planners's package that I purchased on September 9, 1996 from your Gerholdfurt, Georgia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Liliana C., but my issue remains unresolved.
