I am writing regarding order #ORD-4828-MML-6661 placed with United Invest Planners on April 13, 2010. I paid $425.12 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kareem N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 28, 2025 06:09I've received an email from William Thomas at United Invest Planners offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
