I have been a loyal customer of Comfort Escape for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-8253-ZRM-8932) on July 19, 2001, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Comfort Escape contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
