Refund refused by Comfort Escape
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Comfort Escape's system that I purchased on July 2, 2016 from your North Lexihaven, South Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brooke C., but my issue remains unresolved.
