I want to report a serious concern with United Fiscal Services Group's subscription that I purchased on August 1, 2015 from your Lake Perryland, North Dakota store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dino I., but my issue remains unresolved.
