I am writing regarding order #ORD-2893-KQM-7357 placed with Precision Design & Sons Changsha on January 27, 1990. I paid $479.38 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kurt O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
