Frustrated with The Premium Residence Edmonton's lack of response

On January 3, 1994, I signed up for The Premium Residence Edmonton's delivery service at their Alvertaberg, Texas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $337.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shyanne W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
