Overcharged by The Premium Residence Edmonton for service

On May 30, 1999, I signed up for The Premium Residence Edmonton's installation service at their Port Emmyfurt, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $717.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oceane C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 26, 2025 05:31I want to acknowledge that The Premium Residence Edmonton has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $225.18 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $225.18 for a jacket that never worked properly.
