On June 7, 2010, I signed up for The Royal Suites LLC's customer support at their East Rozellahaven, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $927.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erna U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from The Royal Suites LLC called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
