I want to report a serious concern with The Royal Suites LLC's membership that I purchased on August 24, 2001 from your Effertzview, Louisiana store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marcelina K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 11, 2025 06:10I want to acknowledge that The Royal Suites LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $314.17 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $314.17 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
