Unsatisfactory resolution from Industrial Build

I want to report a serious concern with Industrial Build's solution that I purchased on February 19, 2000 from your Glenstad, Nevada store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Linnie W., but my issue remains unresolved.
