I purchased a system from Industrial Build on June 23, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Terence F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Industrial Build has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their expedited shipping.
