I have been a loyal customer of Engineering Bros for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3417-WVG-2620) on March 25, 1983, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Engineering Bros has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the loyalty program, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-92C3D054 multiple times.
