I purchased a tool from Advanced Industries Manufacturing on January 20, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elmira L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Advanced Industries Manufacturing reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartphone has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
