I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Industries Manufacturing's application that I purchased on February 4, 1976 from your North Ibrahimberg, Illinois store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Barrett I., but my issue remains unresolved.
