Poor customer service experience with First Credit

On December 29, 1980, I signed up for First Credit's installation service at their Veummouth, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $977.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Colt N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with First Credit has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-AE4954BD multiple times.
