I want to report a serious concern with The Royal Accommodations's service that I purchased on August 16, 2008 from your Durganfort, Arkansas store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Patsy V., but my issue remains unresolved.
