I am writing regarding order #ORD-6710-HFW-1679 placed with The Royal Accommodations on December 23, 1983. I paid $31.22 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Libbie N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate The Royal Accommodations reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement dress shirt has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
