I want to report a serious concern with Treasury of Heritage's gadget that I purchased on August 13, 2004 from your Goldnerhaven, North Carolina store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Holly I., but my issue remains unresolved.
