I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Treasury of Heritage. After paying $545.77 for system, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Molly K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $303.15 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
