I am writing regarding order #ORD-8286-WJU-7429 placed with Treasury of Heritage on September 24, 1990. I paid $316.87 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carlo M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Treasury of Heritage contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
