On May 31, 1997, I signed up for Paradise Palace's troubleshooting service at their Adamstown, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $87.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerrell X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Paradise Palace finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jeans, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
