Unresolved issue with Paradise Palace product

I have been a loyal customer of Paradise Palace for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7715-MEA-3589) on October 18, 1995, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 13, 2025 05:33Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $393.85 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
