Frustrated with The Golden Accommodations's lack of response

I want to acknowledge that The Golden Accommodations has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $337.78 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $337.78 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
