Poor customer service experience with Diamond Lodge Luxury Inc.
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-7512-ZOE-1699 placed with Diamond Lodge Luxury Inc. on January 14, 1990. I paid $802.21 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Margaretta U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 08, 2025 05:42I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Diamond Lodge Luxury Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
