I am writing regarding order #ORD-2302-EPK-3767 placed with Liberty Bank Group International on August 14, 2005. I paid $316.3 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rene U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
