I am writing regarding order #ORD-2302-EPK-3767 placed with Liberty Bank Group International on August 14, 2005. I paid $316.3 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rene U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Liberty Bank Group International contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
