I am writing regarding order #ORD-5375-UMC-7658 placed with Liberty Bank Group International on November 28, 2005. I paid $704.71 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keaton K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from Liberty Bank Group International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
