On January 22, 1996, I signed up for Heritage Financial International's setup assistance at their Samanthafurt, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $345.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Branson L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
