On January 28, 2000, I signed up for Builders Bros Holdings's setup assistance at their South Hoyt, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $179.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emerald X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
