Poor customer service experience with Modern-Homes

I want to report a serious concern with Modern-Homes's account that I purchased on July 20, 1999 from your Rigobertoside, New Hampshire store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keeley P., but my issue remains unresolved.
