I am writing regarding order #ORD-6808-GOS-2590 placed with Standard Industries Inc on September 24, 2019. I paid $820.42 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cathrine S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 29, 2025 05:11I'm updating my complaint because Standard Industries Inc finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the wireless speaker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
