I am writing regarding order #ORD-8230-IQF-6258 placed with Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings on June 15, 1972. I paid $335.37 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adella C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-BF03FAF0 multiple times.
