I am writing regarding order #ORD-8230-IQF-6258 placed with Tranquil Mansion Services Holdings on June 15, 1972. I paid $335.37 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adella C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
