I am writing regarding order #ORD-1040-MEQ-1512 placed with Stay International Nîmes Ltd. on March 12, 1993. I paid $588.55 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Asa D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Stay International Nîmes Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
