On October 27, 2024, I signed up for Stay International Nîmes Ltd.'s installation service at their South Kariane, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $648.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Imogene I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 05, 2025 05:50Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $362.64 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
