I purchased a system from Stay International Nîmes Ltd. on May 18, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ray D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
