Frustrated with Prime Securities Corporation Inc.'s lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Prime Securities Corporation Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-3238-GYU-9783) on July 22, 2002, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
