False promises made by Elite Build Group representative

I have been a loyal customer of Elite Build Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-3506-HAP-2044) on July 21, 2006, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
