I have been a loyal customer of Prime Products Corporation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8276-DBY-9788) on July 28, 1985, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
