I want to report a serious concern with Finance Brokers's appliance that I purchased on May 16, 1984 from your Port Neilfurt, Georgia store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orion K., but my issue remains unresolved.
