I have been a loyal customer of Finance Brokers for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-8069-MCS-8605) on May 8, 2000, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 17, 2025 05:28Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $411.62 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
