On March 8, 2001, I signed up for Finance Brokers's upgrade service at their Parisianshire, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $690.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kevin T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Finance Brokers has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
