Poor customer service experience with Ultra Metal Inc

I have been a loyal customer of Ultra Metal Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3274-PPG-6414) on July 13, 2020, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
