I have been a loyal customer of Ultra Metal Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3274-PPG-6414) on July 13, 2020, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Taylor Clark from the Quality Assurance at Ultra Metal Inc, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
