I am writing regarding order #ORD-7412-AQY-1090 placed with Ultra Metal Inc on April 23, 1981. I paid $728.50 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Stephen N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Ultra Metal Inc reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartwatch has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
