I am writing regarding order #ORD-6095-AOH-1887 placed with Ultra Metal Inc on May 22, 2020. I paid $150.79 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Susan K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
