I am writing regarding order #ORD-3362-ONY-6208 placed with Modern Builders Specialists on October 30, 2018. I paid $536.71 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Antonietta N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
