Serene Inn & Services failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a unit from Serene Inn & Services on September 21, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Danny G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
