I want to report a serious concern with GlobalSavings International's unit that I purchased on November 12, 2022 from your Zboncakhaven, New York store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Stacey R., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Jordan Taylor at GlobalSavings International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The tablet was clearly defective from the start.
