I want to report a serious concern with MindWell Mental Health's solution that I purchased on July 18, 2004 from your Lake Jacyntheview, Minnesota store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Amy L., but my issue remains unresolved.
