I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $482.87 on my Global Bank International account on November 27, 2024. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Kraig G. who opened case #ORD-8149-FPA-0016. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I hope Global Bank International will address this issue by fix the billing error.
