I've been a customer of Global Bank International for many years with a credit card account. On December 9, 2024, I noticed arrived significantly late on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Magdalena S. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that Global Bank International extend my warranty period as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Global Bank International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
